Internal Sales Administrator Your new company Hays are working with a renowned Manufacturing business in Telford who are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator. This role will bridge the gap between Customer Services and Sales. Your new role As an Internal Sales Administrator your role will involve: Account manage customer base to achieve long-term success. Manage planning of work with the Production Team. Update customer data shared spreadsheets. Act as point of contact and handle customer needs. Develop positive relationships with clients. Communicate problems internally and externally with production, quality, transport, and the end customer. Suggest actions to improve sales performance. Support sales team and operate directly to Sales Manager. Monitor customer quarterly reviews and customer satisfaction surveys. What you'll need to succeed Proven work experience in Internal Sales or Customer Services. Hands-on experience to deliver customer experience. Understand Sales performance metrics and CRM systems. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
