Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum depending on experience

* This role sits within our newly established Social Impact team, dedicated to tackling inequalities and harnessing the power of cycling to create lasting positive change in communities across the UK.

* You are meticulously organised, ensuring initiatives are effectively planned, delivered on time and within budget, and continuously evaluated for success and impact.
* You have excellent relationship management skills with a track record of establishing, nurturing and maintaining partnerships across diverse stakeholders.
* You’re a natural collaborator, able to bring people together across internal teams and external organisations to achieve shared goals.
* You’re a creative and strategic thinker, confident in challenging the status quo, problem-solving, and driving forward new ideas.
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilise people around a shared social purpose.
* You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities while staying focused on delivering long-term social impact aligned with organisational goals.
* Expertise within one of the following areas would be beneficial – social mobility, social cohesion, health, social justice.
What will you be doing?
* Lead the development, evolution, and implementation of social impact products, programmes, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the social impact framework, wider strategic objectives, and the needs of target audiences.
* Use data and insights to drive decision-making, identifying new opportunities and refining delivery models to maximise impact.
* Establish sustainable delivery models for social impact initiatives, working closely with partners to ensure long-term success.
* Lead the acquisition, management, and development of social impact partnerships, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality product development and programme delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders including local authorities, commercial and delivery partners and funders, building trust and confidence in our social impact initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to embed social impact principles across the organisation, equipping colleagues with the knowledge and tools to integrate social impact into their roles.
* Ensure robust impact evaluation is embedded within all products and programmes and collaborate with internal teams to produce compelling impact reports.
* Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create engaging, emotive content that showcases the impact of our work through rich and diverse storytelling.
* Develop project plans with internal teams, setting realistic yet ambitious timelines for deliverables.
* Lead and support public, private and third sector income generation opportunities including writing funding applications and inputting into commercial pitches.
* Monitor and manage the programme budget, ensuring financial accountability within specified delegations.
* Lead and develop a small team of Social Impact Officers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and curiosity.
