This is a role that calls for meticulous attention to detail, an ability to spot trends and patterns, and honest communication with stakeholders to ensure due process is followed.
Not only will you update our intranet with all relevant quality information on our requirements and processes, so that it’s accessible and up-to-date, you’ll also ensure our quality database is maintained regularly. This allows you to keep on top of issues and follow these up so that they’re dealt with without delay. What’s more, you’ll help undertake audits – flagging and documenting any issues against our processes, as well as putting in place a programme to resolve them. At every stage, you’ll document your findings to provide an accurate record. When there’s any new legislation or business instructions, you’ll see that these are incorporated into audits and procedures as a matter of course. You’ll also liaise with Managers to monitor performance, check that suggested improvements have been rolled out, and ensure processes and controls are being adhered to.
