We are recruiting for a Pensions Administration Manager to join the business on a permanent basis and be part of the exciting growth they are enjoying. This opportunity is a hybrid position and will be aligned to the Croydon office, our client offers a hybrid working arrangement with lots of flexibility on top. About the role: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Administration team for a Defined Benefit (mainly) and Defined Contribution Schemes, monitoring the team's performance & delivery, as well as supporting the team with training and professional development. Furthermore, the Pensions Administration Manager will support / manage the delivery of routine projects (such as Scheme Events, GMP reconciliation & equalisation). Key responsibilities: Supporting the set-up and transition of new schemes. Monitoring and managing team workloads, monitoring the team's performance against SLA's Managing the delivery of routine projects work such as scheme events, as well as ad-hoc projects. Reviewing reports prepared for Trustees Supporting and training junior Administrators Key skills and experience Required: Strong experience of working on DB and DC pension schemes (DB is essential), from within a pension consultancy / TPA environment.
