Job Title: Instore Sales Team Support Executive

Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily support to the Instore Sales Field Team.
* Complete administrative tasks on a regular basis, maintaining Instore sales records.
* Create Period Action Plans and manage communications to the team.
* Support with Team Comms and manage POS Activities by liaising with our Shopper Team.
* Co-ordinate systems and processes to ensure a smooth operation for our Field Sales Team.
* Build relationships and work collaboratively across Instore sales and Commercial teams.
* Communicate information in a way which is appropriate to the audience and context.
Qualifications
* Confident user of all Microsoft applications.
* Great and engaging communicator who thrives on working collaboratively across all teams.
* Ability to format and present data in a manner suitable to a requestor's need.
* Good attention to detail and organization skills with the ability to progress work to agreed timescales and deadlines.
* A mindset that loves to solve problems, find solutions, and generate ideas for Continuous Improvement.
* Ability to self-motivate and work on own initiative.
* Recognizes day-to-day issues that are important to the business.
* Knowledge of grocery retail and the FMCG environment.
* Preferred: Hold a UK driving license as this role will have an element of travel.
