We are working with a specialist Search Engine Optimisation company based in Leeds, who are looking for a SEO Executive to join their growing team following a string of new client wins.

3. Salary circa £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
4. Full-time hours, Monday to Friday / 9 am-5.30 pm (some flexibility).
5. Based in Leeds city centre, less than 5-minute walk from the train station.
6. Mandatory Thursday in office, can work remotely the rest of the week.

The Role:
We are looking for someone who can contribute positivity and energy and be part of shaping the business and its culture. You’ll have an eye on career progression as the business continues to grow and might be thinking of specialising in a certain area of SEO.
Ideally, you’ll have some agency experience in an SEO role, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable presenting to colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.
You’ll have a natural affinity with the agency’s three core principals of transparency, education and innovation and will understand their passion for delivering results for clients.
Your responsibilities as an SEO Executive will include:
11. Set and implement SEO strategies for clients.
12. Work with a clear and defined set of KPIs for each project.
13. Perform technical SEO site audits, keyword research, competitor, and backlink analysis.
14. Manage client relationships and maintain communication.
15. Optimise content for client websites.
16. Update websites using different CMS platforms.
17. Ongoing monthly optimisation of SEO campaigns.
18. Use reporting and analytic tools to monitor and report on client performance.
19. Keep up to date with SEO and search trends and technologies.
What experience and skills will you need to have?
20. Ideally have some experience within an agency-based SEO role.
21. Solid experience in technical and on-page SEO.
22. Experience in content production, optimisation and digital PR is a definite plus.
23. Good with industry tools e.g. MOZ, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, AH Refs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics.
24. Ability to analyse and improve results.
25. Excellent written skills and attention to detail.
26. Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise and deliver results.
27. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
28. Enthusiastic & positive team player willing to learn, progress & use own initiative.
29. Good verbal communication skills at all levels and able to build rapport with clients.
30. Can-do attitude with the drive to succeed.
