10. Analysing client spend to identify profit issues and implement solutions to enhance margins.
11. Managing margins to increase customer savings and business profitability.
12. Identifying and introducing cost-saving measures and alternatives to optimise procurement.
13. Providing training and mentoring to the Procurement Team, enhancing skills and capabilities.
14. Reviewing and challenging rogue spend to ensure the buying team sources the best prices and delivery terms.
15. Ensuring compliance with company and client management systems.
16. Overseeing material delivery and process deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
17. Leading and participating in client meetings to strengthen partnerships and address needs.
