This Client Services administrator will assist an Energy Consultant to make the best use of their time by acquiring knowledge of energy procurement. With this they will deal with administrative tasks, providing back-office support, the pricing process, liaising with suppliers, using our CRM system and working to timelines to ensure their team are meeting business targets and objectives. Support may also be required for team members on an ad-hoc basis. This role has been designed to find a candidate with a strong personality who can assist a team with administrative duties. You will be responsible for your own workload but also eager to pitch-in and support the team where required. You will be enthusiastic, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
The Position & Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative office support for a growing team.
• Understanding energy procurement and the pricing process and applying this knowledge.
• Provide accurate online data entry.
• To monitor and manage the collation of bills from prospective and existing clients.
• Using our CRM system and learning how to use it to its full capacity.
• Contract management: Logging contracts, live dates, and terminations. Determine contract start dates, end dates and energy consumptions by contacting suppliers and / or using available in-house systems.
• Prepare Excel spreadsheets for clients and suppliers.
• Helping to identify clients who are in a position to renew contracts and understanding the renewal process.
• Enter signed contracts onto office system and assist the processing of contracts through to suppliers using bespoke portals.
• Dealing with suppliers on a day to day regarding problem solving and queries via phone calls or emails.
• Preparing and updating documents for clients to sign.
• Obtaining Company Reg. Nos using Companies House.
• Preparing and sending VAT Declarations to suppliers.
• Preparing and sending Direct Debit Mandates to suppliers.
• Submitting meter reads.
