We are working exclusively with a global Real Estate Investment Manager who are looking to recruit a Senior/ Associate Director level Investment Manager to join their pan-European Investment team, based in Central London. In this role you will work directly with the Head of Investment Management on the sourcing and executing new investment opportunities across the UK and Europe, with a focus on logistics, data centre and office assets. Key Senior/ Associate Director Investment Manager responsibilities include: Assist with the origination of new investment opportunities, using your own personal network and the company’s broad network of relationships. Oversee the negotiation and signing of non-disclosure agreements for new investment. Run advanced financial models of proposed investment and development opportunities. Adapt the financial model to the specifics of the investment opportunity, providing scenario analysis, highlighting investment risk and mitigation. Draft and present potential investment opportunities within the investment team and to investors. Recommend asset management and asset enhancement strategies to increase asset value and liquidity. Active participation in the negotiation of Heads of Terms with investment counterparts. Coordinate the due diligence process for new deals. Provide input into commercial matters with acquisitions and development funding agreements. Lead the drafting of detailed PowerPoint slide decks for the Investment Committee submissions and transaction approval. Working with the analysts to prepare quarterly Economic and Market updates. Lead in the preparation of ad hoc investment presentations and reports. Undertake and attend site visits in the UK and Europe. Proven pan-European investment experience, preferably in logistics and/or data centres. Highly numerate, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and strong financial modelling skills (using Excel). Strong business acumen, self-driven and highly motivated. Good networking and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Salary £100,000 - £130,000 plus benefits package and bonus. Office based in Central London (3 days a week in the office, 2 days WFH).
