We're looking for someone to design and implement our sales strategy for our Foot and Ankle (F&A) product portfolio. This is a highly visible role, suitable for someone that's analytical, methodical and motivated by building a sales pipeline. The Product Specialist - Foot and Ankle works in partnership with the UK Ireland and Nordic Vice President SPM, UK Sales Director, Marketing, Commercial Managers & Area Business Managers to develop and deliver innovative commercial offerings in the arthroscopic foot and ankle portfolio. The role will be identifying commercial opportunities and will be deployed to the highest priority accounts. As a specialist, you will have clinical and commercial ownership over these deals, whilst utilising local sales team support where appropriate and required. You will be collaboratively working with Area Business Managers & Commercial Managers to identify and develop opportunities, using the scale and relationships of other sales roles. To deliver this you will be: Segmenting and owning larger-scale opportunities. Upskilling the existing salesforce. Ownership of the Cluster pipeline for F&A. Supporting the education programs for new users. To be successful in this role you'll need: Strong commercial sales experience with sports medicine products in the medical technology industry is essential for this role - ideally with Foot and Ankle experience. You'll need a strong commercial mentality, the ability to assess the profitability of different scenarios and think creatively on how to deliver to for our customers and patients. The knowledge of the hospital buying process and confidence leading complex negotiations is critical. Travel requirements - 75% (mainly domestic) You. Unlimited.
