About the practice
This forward-thinking practice is now looking to complement their Architectural division with an independent Architectural Technologist, ideally at senior level and chartered. The bracket is open and ultimately, they are looking for someone who can work independently as well as get on with their sociable team. They have gone from strength to strength over the last 3 years bringing in some brilliant individuals to the team, and nurturing staff either with progression or qualifications - a genuinely great atmosphere and place to be! If you want to be part of an ambitious and slowing growing team which can offer plenty of opportunity, this is the role for you.
This position now only brings the chance for you to progress, but the chance to work on a huge range of large and small, exciting projects, in both the private and public sectors. If you have experience working within the commercial, residential, leisure or industrial sectors, your skills can be put to use across the board and you can be supported into more management positions. With their core principles revolving around sustainable design and work enjoyment, this diverse practice is looking for an Architectural Technologist who loves their work and will bring plenty of enthusiasm along with them. They are a very outgoing and friendly practice with a great reputation for developing their staff.
In terms of software, they are looking for individuals who can use Revit and are able to help train new staff that join in the future.
What they want from the successful Architectural Technologist?
Ideally be CIAT registered or working towards, not essential but desirable.
Professional qualification
Around 5 years’ plus experience in a similar position
A solid background in AutoCAD and ideally Revit/BIM
Running your own projects or working towards
