We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Gatwick.
This is a full time hybrid role offering 2 days working from home.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing a first-class employee experience. No two days will be the same in this true HR generalist role!
The role we are offering you:
Collaborating with the HR Leader for the EMEA region and the HRBP for Gatwick you will build strong relationships collaborating with internal teams to provide a seamless HR service. This is a fast-paced and changing environment, where it is essential to focus on excellent delivery and service.
Key responsibilities of the role:
1. Provide advice and guidance to management and employees across all aspects of the employee life cycle, offering best practice, commercially focused solutions.
2. Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation and managers are fully aware of any changes.
3. Oversee the preparation of data for payroll and management of benefits.
4. Partner with the HRBP to manage outputs of annual Merit Review process.
5. Collaborate and implement robust (COE) Centre of Expertise HR initiatives to drive business improvement.
6. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team assisting with recruitment campaigns and coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants and their onboarding.
