As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities and converting quotes to orders using our internal CRM system. You will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring all quotes are followed up promptly and effectively. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our sales and operations/planning departments.
Salary: £30,000 (Plus quarterly bonus)
Location: Tamworth
Full time, permanent role (Monday to Friday – office based)
Key accountabilities:
1. Engage with clients: Make a high volume of outgoing calls daily, securing purchase orders and gathering vital project information.
2. Drive sales success: Provide valuable feedback to estimators and sales managers, helping to close deals and protect margins during negotiations.
3. Enhance systems: Support the implementation and adoption of our CRM system, ensuring smooth operations across the commercial department.
4. Promote excellence: Upsell and highlight the benefits of our market-leading products over competitors.
