In this role, youll play a crucial part in managing high value accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service whilst driving new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Manage an existing customer base with spend exceeding £3m annually Acting as the first point of contact ensuring all customers needs are met Identify new sales opportunities via cold calling, cross selling, attending networking events, exhibitions etc Ability to understands the portfolio Collaborating with production and logistics ensuring SLAs are adhered to Provide quotes and oversee the processing of customer orders.
