Due to continued success and expansion plans, a brand new position as a Stores Coordinator has arisen within a well-established company, who boast fantastic longevity with their current workforce:
* Managing day to day of Good In & Out, maintaining booking in system, recording stock locations, ensuring all paperwork is correct & present for dispatched orders.
* Maintaining and updating ERP system daily, data entering of POD information onto database.
* Liaising with courier contractors arranging collections, monitoring service levels, highlighting any issues to management.
* Communicating with customers via email and telephone as and when required advising of part arrival.
* Unpacking part deliveries as they arrive.
* Updating excel spreadsheets daily and compiling information for internal reports.
* Assisting with physical stock takes as and when required.
We would expect the successful Parts Coordinator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of stock operations, be an excellent communicator, and have a proactive manner with an excellent eye for detail. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Stock Control, Goods in and out administration, or a Despatch position.
You will be joining the Corby Head Office of a company that has been established for over 40 years and has an enviable reputation in their field of expertise. Working directly with the Spares Supervisor & Senior Operations Manager, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
