Responsibilities
Conduct detailed surveys to gather accurate data for projects.
Utilize advanced surveying equipment and software to analyze land and site conditions.
Prepare survey reports, drawings, and technical documentation for review.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure its proper functioning and calibration.
Provide technical advice and solutions related to surveying issues during project phases.
Assist in the preparation of project budgets and timelines based on survey findings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a technical surveying role with a portfolio of completed projects.
Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software such as AutoCAD and GIS.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
