Job Title: 1st Line Support Engineer
About the Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our rapidly expanding Service Desk team as a 1st Line Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for IT and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
* Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Familiarity with cloud technology and IT service management principles.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
