SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Main Duties will include:
* Negotiation and responsibility for the generation and closure of new business opportunities to meet sales targets
* Growing sales pipeline and making cold calls to secure new sales opportunities
* Working closely with New Business Director & Commercial Director on face to face client meetings, answering client queries and providing relevant information to prospects
* Work closely with the Client Services team in order to provide handovers to new clients and ensure they transition well into the agency
* Maintaining a full understanding of company processes, policies, guidelines and contractual obligations
* Keeping up to date with the Digital industry and company trends and developments
Ideal candidates will:
* Have strong B2B sales experience in a solutions or service based industry ideally digital marketing or ecommerce but all consultative sales backgrounds will be considered
* Have an excellent and demonstrable sales record, dealing with a high value service and blue chip clients would be a distinct advantage
* Be commercially aware with an ability to maximize opportunities.
* Have excellent communication and negotiation skills and will be articulate with a high standard of written English and presentation skills.
* Have an ability to manage workload and priorities.
* Be motivational and inspire trust, confidence and enthusiasm.
* Be polished, professional and sophisticated.
* Have the maturity and gravitas to deal with and influence senior decision makers.
* Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
