The Role
* Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Assess, track, and report on pupil progress to ensure high achievement and personal development.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all children feel valued.
* Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and carers.
* Uphold the school’s values and contribute to its community-focused ethos.
Essential requirements/training/qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
* A strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Ability to inspire and engage pupils of varying abilities and backgrounds.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Experience in planning differentiated lessons and providing tailored support to meet the needs of individual learners.
Locality of the school
The school is located within Northolt, a short walk away from a local bus stop – approximately 5 minutes to the school, so easily accessible. The school does not have a staff car park but does have nearby parking available.
