WHAT IS ON OFFER Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a graduate from a Business or Operational studies background to join our Energy Services Operational Graduate Programme in September 2025. Initially based at our Energy Services facility in Rotherham, this role will involve an 18 month development programme. Throughout the programme you will spend time learning about AHK, working within, and gaining an understanding of the energy services business unit. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of sampling within our Energy Services function, before potentially being offered a permanent contract. Roles and responsibilities here may include sample preparation and composition analysis. The role will also involve hands-on, field-based tasks, including time spent at ports and vessel supervision. Throughout the programme as you are gaining experience you will also have the opportunity to develop crucial leadership and strategic thinking skills. Successful completion of the programme will come with excellent progression and development opportunities. Required Qualifications Degree with a business or operational background. Desirable Knowledge An understanding of the solid fuels industry. Travel Requirements Travel as required both domestically and internationally. Candidates should hold a full UK driving licence. Must have a valid passport and ability to obtain visas as necessary. Required Languages Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages are advantageous.
