Reports to the Depositary Manager The purpose of this position is to contribute to the delivery of the routine day-to-day functions of a depositary to a portfolio of Aztec Group clients, under the direction of a Depositary Manager. Key responsibilities: Deliver the daily cashflow monitoring obligations for a portfolio of depositary clients. This includes working with a team and/or with the client to source relevant documentation, to support any cash flow activity observed in an efficient and effective manner. Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of routine depositary information requests and queries through correspondence with the client and/or other Aztec products and jurisdictions. Providing support in verifying the ownership of the assets of a fund. With the support of your team, collate documentation from internal and external sources that supports our clients' fund investment activity both as it occurs and for periodic reconfirmations. Maintain accurate fund asset safekeeping records on relevant software, including SharePoint. Support process design, development and improvement activities. Issuing client invoices and supporting the client billing process. Skills, knowledge, expertise: A relevant Degree or A-levels are preferred The candidate will be expected to study towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably ACCA or ACA) Previous experience of working effectively in a team environment Computer literacy skills are essential An eye for detail and ability to use initiative A willingness to read and interpret domestic and EU regulations and legislation is desirable Who are we?
