Cardio-Respiratory services are situated across two sites at the Leeds General Infirmary and at St James hospital consisting of 10 wards, including a Respiratory Care Unit and Coronary Care Unit. The CSU is also home to the Trust's Cardiac Catheter Labs and is one of the busiest PCI centres in the United Kingdom, a work leading Cystic fibrosis unit, Sleep Services, Immunology and Allergy. The portfolio of the Deputy HoN role will focus upon specific patient pathway development and service improvements .You will be working collaboratively with the Triumvirate Team to provide leadership, strategic direction, financial control, and workforce development. Main duties of the job The Deputy Head of Nursing will work with and support the Head of Nursing and will be instrumental in delivering on all aspects of governance, risk, professional and operational leadership.
