Job Description
3. Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the team
4. Manage and organise schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
5. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
6. File and retrieve documents and reference materials
7. Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
8. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
9. Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
10. Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'PA' should have:
11. A proven track record in a similar role within the Professional Services industry
12. Excellent organisational and time management skills
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
14. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
15. A self-motivated, proactive, and flexible approach to work
