We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our Nursing team that includes a Nurse Manager, Practice Nurses, HCAs and Phlebotomists. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality holistic care to our patient population and have a culture in learning and teaching in all we do. We are looking for a forward thinking Nurse. Main duties of the job The successful applicant will have the experience and qualifications to advise patients in health prevention, carrying out screening and early management of long term health conditions.
