The opportunity:
This role is an integral part of the Procurement and Supply Chain function, in the Business Solutions and Improvement team, ensuring controls are robust and effective, promoting positive communication on all such aspects across the workforce, carrying out functional activities in Supplier On-boarding and Supplier Risk processes and tools. The role will require familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that all matters are conducted in an ethical manner.
Manage the Supplier On-Boarding process within the UK, providing assistance to the procurement and compliance Team on adherence to the policies and procedures that form the company's Anti-Bribery Management System.
Assessing Ethics and financial outputs from third parties, attending meetings and forums as part of the UK Team.
Assessing Supplier questionnaires, Requesting certifications, Sending electronic campaigns and ensuring all required documentation has been received and validated, ensuring strict compliance to internal processes.
