We are delighted to support a wonderful organisation based in Portsmouth who are looking for an experienced Training Officer to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to the HR Manager and working as part of a small, supportive team, the Training Officer will play a key role in supporting staff with their diverse training needs. This position is essential in ensuring compliance requirements are met whilst also supporting employees' aspirations to develop their skills and capabilities, enabling their ongoing professional growth and career progression.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement training programs that meet regulatory requirements.
2. Deliver mandatory training in BOTH Portsmouth and Gillingham sites on regular visits between the two.
3. Keep accurate training records to demonstrate compliance during audits and inspections.
