People Systems Implementation Lead

Are you ready to lead transformative change in the housing industry? Our client is seeking a dynamic People Systems Implementation Manager for a fixed-term contract to spearhead the replacement of their people-related systems, including ATS, LMS, and core HRIS. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of how the People team delivers operational services and support.
As the People Systems Implementation Manager, you will collaborate closely with a diverse project team to ensure a seamless transition to the new systems. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of HR, L&D, and Resourcing teams. Your role will be pivotal in providing timely and accurate information to colleagues while ensuring a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of new systems with policies and efficient processes.
Act as the single point of contact for subject matter experts, ensuring their expertise is integrated throughout the project.
Lead testing of new products, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations.
Develop and maintain People Systems processes, controls, and procedures.
Create governance papers and communication materials in partnership with the Project Manager.
Set up a comprehensive People Systems reporting suite to meet stakeholder needs.
Deliver training to ensure effective use of new systems.
Monitor post-implementation performance and make necessary adjustments.Candidate Requirements
Proven success in leading the planning and implementation of new people systems within a complex organisation, focusing on continuous improvements, automation and self-service functionalities.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement with the ability to develop working relationships and work collaboratively across the organisation.
Previous experience working in a people/HR team with a good understanding of HR policies and practices.
Demonstrable experience of evaluating and improving service delivery by implementing change and modernising practices within deadlines in a challenging and complex environment.
Skilled in planning, implementing and managing organisational and culture change
Experience of managing large data sets, creating reports and establishing reporting cycles.
