An exciting opportunity has developed at Doubletree By Hilton Cadbury House, one of Bristol's leading hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Reception Manager to support and become a part of our Front Office team. You need to ensure that all guests are given a warm welcome to the hotel and that they are registered according to the hotel’s standards. You will deal with any guest queries during their stay and ensure that they are being looked after. You will be expected to assist and communicate with all departments ensuring a smooth stay for guests. You must also ensure our guests are aware of all promotions and facilities available in the hotel. You will lead the reception team in delivering our Hilton brand standards along with staff training and development.
We are looking for a Reception Manager with the following qualities:
1. A positive and happy disposition
2. Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone
3. Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all times
4. Excellent organisational skills
5. Ability to multi-task
6. Both lead and work as part of a team
Previous hotel experience is essential. Please note we do not provide staff accommodation.

Pay: £29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
