Job Title: Senior Finance Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join the finance team. The ideal candidate will be fully ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with a strong background in financial analysis, and commercial finance. Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is desirable. The candidate should possess excellent financial modelling skills, strong proficiency in Excel, and a thorough understanding of cash flow management, balance sheets, and profit and loss (P&L) statements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
* Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
* Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
* Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Qualifications:
* Fully ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
* Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is desirable.
* Minimum of 5-10 years post qualified experience in industry.
* Strong financial modelling skills and advanced use of Excel.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Thorough understanding of cash flow management, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* High level of integrity and professionalism.
