Financial Planning Administrator - Up to £29,000pa Permanent - Ormskirk We are supporting a fantastic business based towards Ormskirk who are looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their Finance Team on a full time permanent basis. This role will initially be based in the office but after a successful probation period they can look to implement hybrid working. Salary is dependent on experience but ranging up to £29,000pa for suitable candidates. In this position you will have responsibility for supporting Financial Advisers in day-to-day administrative tasks whilst preparing client valuations and documents, managing schedules and ensuring the smooth operations of the client experience. Successful candidates must have recent, direct experience of working with Financial Advisers. Responsibilities a Financial Planning Administrator: Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Preparing and submitting financial reports, including budgets, forecasts etc. Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries from clients and stakeholders promptly. Utilising IT systems to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. Requirements of the role: Proven experience in a Financial Services/Financial Advisory company is essential.
