Telesales Executive - Stourbridge - £25k - £31k per annum plus commission (OTE - £55K)
Our client is a well-established marketing firm based in the Stourbridge area; due to their continued success, they are expanding their team and recruiting for an experienced Telesales Executive.
Main responsibilities will include:
1. Proactively identifying and engaging with key decision-makers across various industries.
2. Generating high-quality B2B leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn prospecting, and CRM management.
3. Booking sales appointments and supporting the sales team in building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
4. Promoting our full suite of marketing solutions, including Website Development, SEO, Corporate Video Production, and Paid Advertising.
The successful candidate must have the following:
1. Previous telesales experience is essential.
2. Strong motivation to succeed and work towards targets.
3. A confident telephone manner and solid communication skills.
4. Be comfortable handling objections and think creatively to overcome them.
