Magpie Dance is the UK’s leading dance charity for people with learning disabilities. We have been delivering regular classes, training, workshops, and public performances for people with learning disabilities in Bromley and the South East for almost 40 years. Our mission is to enable people with learning disabilities to reach their full personal, social, and artistic potential through dance.
Time Commitment
The HR Trustee is likely to engage with Magpie in some way on a monthly basis at minimum. They will chair the Skills Audit and Recruitment Committee, which meet for 1 hour each quarter, and will also play an active part in the Finance Committee specifically on Remuneration. Trustees may additionally choose to nominate themselves for one of the Board’s Committees or Task & Finish groups.
