Responsibilities: As a Residential Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include: Provide personalised care and emotional support to children and young people in residential settings. Help promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviours. Assist with daily routines, activities, and educational development. Collaborate with staff and external agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of the young people. Manage challenging behaviour with a calm and professional approach. Maintain accurate records and adhere to safeguarding protocols. Requirements: As a Residential Support Worker, you will need: Previous experience working with children or young people in a residential or similar setting (preferred). A compassionate and patient approach to supporting young people with varied needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
