Job Advert: HR Officer (6-month Contract) Location: Coventry Salary: £30,000 Contract Duration: 6 Months Working Hours: Between 30 - 37 hours per week (can be discussed), Hybrid About the Role: Supporting the Head of People with all aspects of HR, with a particular focus on the development and execution of learning strategies that bring our Company culture and vision to life. Working in collaboration with managers and colleagues, youll be adept at identifying, designing and delivering engaging learning solutions that raise the bar and drive change. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance and advice on all people-related matters to support the Head of People in executing the People Strategy Design, deliver and support bespoke learning workshops for managers and leaders, enhancing their skills and expertise in people-centric practices throughout the employee lifecycle Assist in the creation and implementation of a first-class induction process Conduct training needs analysis across the organisation to identify creative, cost-effective learning solutions Oversee the management and administration of the Learning Management System, ensuring compliance with mandatory learning requirements Contribute to fostering a culture of coaching and self-learning within the company Assist managers with talent development and career mapping processes Support the optimisation of apprenticeship opportunities within the organisation Facilitate personal development planning across the company Collect and analyse feedback on learning interventions and development programs to drive continuous improvement for future cohorts. About You: CIPD Level 5 : Qualified to Level 5 or possessing equivalent professional experience in Learning and Development or Human Resources This role is ideal for a creative, self-motivated individual with a proven track record in leadership development, excellent interpersonal skills and a business-first approach to L&D initiatives Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence others at all levels.
