The candidate must be a parent, live in South Lanarkshire, who is unemployed, not in full time education and meet at least one of the following criteria:
* Lone parent
* Parent(s) or child(ren) with disabilities
* Young parent aged 25 years or under
* Ethnic minority families
* Families with 3 or more children
* Families where the youngest child is under 1 year old

We are delighted to announce we are recruiting to two exciting opportunities offered through the NHS Demonstrator Programme.
We are recruiting to these posts based on your potential to contribute to our high-quality patient care and the demonstration of personal values aligned to those of our organisation.
To be considered for the NHS Demonstrator Programme, your South Lanarkshire Works Case Worker must refer you. To be eligible for this post, you must be a parent, aged 18 or above. In addition to this, we are also interested in your values, attitude and ability to learn to become a valued member of our team. The answers to our Assessment Questions are important. They should reflect how you feel you match our desire for enthusiastic and dynamic people who demonstrate a can-do attitude.

Experience
We are seeking someone who can demonstrate good attention to detail, good problem solving skills, someone who likes working with people and the ability to multi task. Good interpersonal and communication skills are also essential, as is having an organised approach to your work.
Applicants should possess basic IT skills and have some experience using Microsoft packages such as Outlook and Word.
