Graduate Business Development Executive - Outbound B2B Sales
Altus Group is excited to announce a new opportunity for Graduate Business Development Executives to join our BUSY outbound B2B sales team in Manchester.
This opportunity is for money-motivated individuals who believe they will have what it takes to thrive in a fast-paced, successful telesales department within the Commercial Real Estate industry. Previous experience within the Real Estate industry is not required, as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
1. You will adopt a multi-media approach to engage business prospects in conversation through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn Lusha.
2. Meaningfully contribute quality, recurring revenue to Altus Group by qualifying opportunities and scheduling client meetings for the appropriate team.
3. You will have weekly achievable targets, such as creating qualified sales appointments for our commercial property consultants to attend.
What we are looking for:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for somebody who can think on their feet and engage confidently with our clients.
2. At least 6-12 months prior working experience in business development or sales, both cold and/or warm calling.
3. Ability to maintain courage and resilience when faced with rejection. Consistently have the desire to strike up a conversation with new individuals daily regardless of rejection.
4. Ability to network and make new connections.
5. Adaptable, resilient and target driven.
6. Aptitude to learn and develop new skills – Open to asking for and receiving feedback, constantly looking inward to find areas of growth and development.
7. Self-motivated with the ability to contribute both independently and as a team member.
What’s in it for you?
Salary: £23,000 starting salary, increasing to £30,000 upon successfully meeting or exceeding targeted expectations within any 4/6 months rolling. Plus, uncapped commission!
