About the Role: We are seeking an experienced administrator ideally with either school or PA experience to provide high quality support to the Head Teacher as Personal Assistant. You will provide a full secretarial service and help manage the Heads diary and general day to day duties. You will need to be possess a friendly demeanour and help with students, parents, staff and visitors both sensitively and courteously with a consistent regard for the schools values and its standing within the community. This could be an excellent next step for an administrator looking to gain more experience as a PA. You will also assist with the planning and administration of whole school events and be able to create, update and maintain current policy documentation and publish compliance documents on the internal school network. About you: You should have high quality word processing, typing and presentation skills to write and produce minutes, statements, correspondence and documents. You will also need experience of and proficiency in the use of computerised Management Information systems. You should have English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) at grade 4 or above and a Level 3 or degree level qualification would be an advantage.
