We are seeking an experienced Examinations Manager to lead our team of exam assistants and sessional invigilators.
This role is based at our Roundhouse Campus, with responsibility for exams across all four campuses.
Key Responsibilities
* Led the development and implementation of examination policies and procedures.
* Managed the recruitment and training of exam assistants and sessional invigilators.
* Ensured that all examinations were conducted in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.

This is a key leadership position within the college group, requiring a strong understanding of examination processes and procedures.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and students across multiple campuses.
Requirements
* A recognized qualification in education or a related field (e.g., teaching, academic management).
* Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale events (e.g., examinations).
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
