RAD Propulsion is seeking a Finance Manager to help steer our growth. With overall responsibility for the financial planning, tracking and reporting at RAD they will work closely with the CEO and board. This role will be pivotal in the future growth of RAD and we are seeking a motivated individual who wants to be part of building a success. Aspects of the role include, but are not limited to: Budget planning, tracking and managing of cashflows with the RAD management team Support to fund raising activities including financial modelling Responsibility for operational accounting and management account generation Responsibility for Tax reporting and payments, including VAT and R&D Support to product costing and sales opportunities Consolidation of bank accounts and accounting software (Odoo) Liaising with the supply chain and customers on financial topics such as discount models Support to the whole team on project and product spend management Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have a background in financial accounting and management, most likely holding a CIMA/ACCA qualification. Proven skills in MS Office and an example of a modern accounting software package.
