Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 HCSW / Therapy assistant who is passionate about working in older person's rehabilitation to join the Day Hospital multidisciplinary team. The Day Hospital service is an award winning 7 day service committed to delivering rehabilitation for patients within an outpatient setting and also within the community and the patients own home so applicants must have a full drivers license and have access to a car. We are a highly motivated team of integrated professionals who are passionate about providing a holistic approach that supports and empowers patients to achieve independence. The successful candidate will be compassionate, forward thinking and a team player. Previous experience of the older person in a rehabilitation environment is essential. This post will require weekend working on a rota basis.
