£25,529 for 40 hours; however, a minimum of 30 hours is considered

RAFATRAD Ltd is a wholly owned trading subsidiary of the RAF Association, and all profits are covenanted back to the charity where we have a clear objective: to help sustain a resilient and empowered RAF community, including serving personnel, RAF veterans, and their families. Due to the continued growth of our online and events trading, we have a new opening for an additional Retail Administrator. The salary above is based on 40 hours per week; however, we can offer flexibility in hours/working to fit around your daily commitments (the school run, caring responsibilities, etc.).
The post holder will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and complaints, assisting with planning and execution of the retail sales and marketing programme, assisting with e-commerce listings, and providing general administrative support to the retail team. This role requires high levels of IT competency and excellent all-round administrative skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Regularly uploading new products to RAFATRAD’s website and other e-commerce channels (including but not limited to eBay and Amazon)
* Providing periodic data reporting on retail marketing activity and performance
* Processing all retail returns in coordination with the warehouse team
* Assisting the Sales and Marketing team with POs, invoices, and receipt collation
* Assisting with e-commerce listings and marketing activities
* Liaising with customers (from all routes to market) to investigate and resolve their queries
* Liaising with the Warehouse Coordinator to ensure that queries regarding deliveries and orders are resolved
* General administrative support to the retail team, as required

Our ideal candidate will have up-to-date knowledge in an e-commerce environment along with a strong background in delivering great customer service with the ability to resolve queries swiftly and retain customer satisfaction. You will need experience in a broad range of office administration along with up-to-date IT skills in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. You will also need to be highly proficient in using a CRM/database (we use Salesforce).
