We cover the London tri-boroughs (Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster) and work within a multidisciplinary team consisting of consultants, specialist nurses, dietitians, and admin team. The service works in partnership with general practitioners and other health care professionals, providing tailored support and guidance. Our main office base is at the central location of Lission Grove, and we have clinics running at 9 different sites.
