Our finance team consists of 2 members, and we are seeking to replace one team member who is retiring. The role is office-based in Welwyn Garden City.

What the job includes
* Handling all aspects of payroll, currently managing 5 payrolls.
* Invoicing clients and ensuring timely collection of payments.
* Processing supplier invoices and payments.
* Managing phone calls and emails to clients, carers, local authorities, and team members.
* Updating all data on our digital platforms, including transactional details from banks and expenses.
* Producing management accounts.
* Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
* Reside near Welwyn Garden City, as this is an office-based role.
* Proficient in digital platforms and capable of exploring their full potential.
* Enjoy working with numbers and bookkeeping.
* Thorough, detail-oriented, and accurate in work.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Excellent communication skills via phone and email, reflecting the company's values.
* Qualified or part-qualified in finance or accounting (e.g., AAT, ACCA) preferred but not essential.
