Kingdom Services Group have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join our established and successful Finance Team.
Reporting directly into the Credit Control Team Leader you will be ensuring all group debts are collected in a timely manner and ensure all queries are investigated.
Where : Head Office, Newton-le-Willows WA12 area.
When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP!
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm or to suit the primary needs and objectives of the business.
Salary: £26,000.00 Per Annum.

What you will be doing and how to achieve role success
Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and fair role relevant tasks may be added:
* Control and manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring Customer payments are received in a timely manner.
* Issue Customer statements and invoices via email
* Make and receive customer telephone calls minimum 20 outbound calls per day.
* Reply to Customer emails.
* Assist in the resolution of customer queries to eliminate payment delays.
* Reporting on debtors’ status / overdue accounts
* Maintaining accurate records including Cashflow / Dispute Reports
* Consult with other Kingdom Centres to deliver a best-in-class service to Customers.
* Assist with general admin duties within department.
* Observe and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Experience:
* 2 years minimum in credit control.
