Fresh Start in Education are looking for an outstanding Recruitment Coordinator to join their Recruitment Department as the company continues to grow and impact the lives of hundreds of children and young people throughout the UK.
Based in Folkestone, Kent, Fresh Start in Education are the “go to” specialists for high quality engagement and education services for those struggling to access education. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting highly skilled and suitable professionals to work with our students. This involves speaking with prospective applicants, handling applications, shortlisting candidates through the company’s rigorous interview process, and overseeing the onboarding of successful applicants and their induction.
This is a team-based role, where effective communication and fierce collaboration are essential. You will need an excellent command of the English language and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of Special Educational Needs and Safeguarding to be considered for this role.
