Single Site responsibility, and site based role.
Working closely with the Site Manager, and part of the Senior Leadership Team as HR Manager you will lead the People strategy for the site. Managing the HR team your role will encompass change and transformation, developing the Union relationship, employee relations, recruitment and engagement.
As a HR Manager who has worked within a unionised, commercial, operational business you will have experience of managing change and transformation.
