All properties are marketed, let and managed under the prestigious Luxury Hub brand.Role summary. We are looking for a Permanent HR Executive Assistant (EA) to join the team based in Manchester. Reporting to the Group CEO, the HR EA will provide support to the 10-strong team based in Manchester and work as part of the group of supporting the Group CEO and team. The role will require the successful candidate to engage in a variety of professional interactions with members of the team and the colleagues in other departments, including management team. Key responsibilities of the role 1. Human Resources: • Recruitment • Induction / On Boarding • Developing Company Culture / Employee Engagement • Onboarding, Talent Change projects • Developing HR systems • Personal Development Plans for All Employees • Ideally CIPD / degree educated or currently training with an HR Focus • Flexible, Resilient, Comfortable in a sometimes-chaotic environment • General HR Management • Managing all personnel & staff records for the company • Contract Issuing • Staff Training • Sickness Reporting 2. Administration Management: • Arranging meetings, including diary management and co-ordination. • Arranging travel, including co-ordination of travel arrangements nationally and internationally, e.g. hotel, flight, and train bookings. • General administrative tasks including preparing, inputting and checking expense claims, dealing with post, arranging cost recharges, supporting the administration of external suppliers and other ad hoc tasks. • Arranging or assisting in arranging conferences and other meetings • Scanning, printing and copying documents, including the preparation of execution versions of documentation and other final form documents. 3. Executive Support/ PA: • Providing support with a sense of urgency to anticipate the needs of the Managing Director • Typing of contracts and other documentation, correspondence, reports and presentations. • Liaising with external organisations in connection with the work of the team. Qualifications: What do You need to qualify for this job? • Ideally CIPD / degree educated or currently training with an HR Focu • Excellent secretarial and administrative skills and significant demonstrable experience • Expertise with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other widely-used applications • An interest in IT applications. • Attention to detail, and good written and verbal communication skills. • Flexible attitude, time management and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads appropriately. • Excellent people skills, including the ability to interact professionally with internal and external contacts and collaborate with colleagues. • Comfortable working in a busy and varied environment. • Fluent English. • The ideal candidate will work hours required to complete tasks, and be trained to a full time position
