Responsibilities:
1. Investigate and address incoming written and electronic dispute inquiries, ensuring compliance with established department procedures and deadlines.
2. Identify and report any issues related to credit bureau reporting to management.
3. Verify and update consumer debt information in relevant reporting systems.
4. Maintain appropriate documentation of dispute investigations as required by applicable regulations.
5. Collaborate effectively within a team environment to complete tasks and meet operational objectives.
6. Meet established productivity and performance standards.
7. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
