Job Title: Homeless / Ex Offender Support Worker

Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centered support to clients to help them resettle back into the community.
* Work closely with clients to identify their needs and develop personalized support plans.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
* Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client cases and share best practices.
* Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and maintaining professional boundaries.
Requirements
* Experience working with homeless or ex-offender populations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages and maintaining accurate written records.
* A full driving license and access to a car (essential for this role).

Working Hours and Salary
This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The salary is £11.12 per hour, plus additional pay for sleep-ins (£88.57 per sleep-in). Sleep-ins are required approximately 6/7 times per month.
Shift patterns include early, mid, afternoon/evening, and sleep-in shifts. You will be expected to participate in a rolling rota, which may include weekend and bank holiday shifts.
