Role Responsibility We have an exciting opportunity to join an amazing team who have a passion to making a difference to the lives of young people. We are looking for someone to join the Kent Training and Apprenticeship Team as Study Programme tutor based in Canterbury to deliver the Study programme – Supported Internships to 16-18 year olds (up to 25 with an EHCP) in Canterbury and other venues if required (to be discussed at interview). In addition to those listed in the job description the following experience and skills are required: - Experience of successfully teaching young people. - Demonstrate an awareness of current and proposed changes to ESFA funding rules and their implications for KT&A’s curriculum offer. This is a full time role (37 hours per week). You will design, plan and manage the programme to meet financial and enrolment/engagement targets, and ensure the programme offer is balanced and meets learner needs in terms of breadth and mode of delivery and that it supports learner aspirations.
